90 word reflections about coaching. (Not as easy as it sounds, but neither is coaching.)
REGULAR TIME (90)
Reflection 9: 90 words on "community sharing".
Imagine a circle.
Imagine your team inside.
Imagine inside exists a community of love, acceptance, belonging. A community where stories are told with delight and heard with amazement. Not just heard, felt.
Now imagine, every time a new person joins, the power of the circle grows.
Not by one, exponentially.
If more is better, then imagine we go to the circle’s edge looking for more.
Not to save, but to be saved.
Not to serve, but to share.
Community “service” is about you.
Community “sharing” is about us.
Imagine that.

In football, the worst blindness is only seeing the ball. - Nelson Rodriguez (Brazilian journalist, playwright, novelist)
She lit a burner on the stove
And offered me a pipe
I thought you'd never say hello, she said
You look like the silent type
Then she opened up a book of poems
And handed it to me
Written by an Italian poet
From the thirteenth century
And everyone of them words rang true
And glowed like burnin' coal
Pourin' off of every page
Like it was written in my soul
From me to you
Tangled up in Blue
