A love letter to my fellow coaches…
We are essential.
Players are confused - not just in the game.
The world is confusing.
Let us remember that this is not about us.
Not now (not ever really).
Especially not now.
This is about them, about their desire for clarity.
Unprecedented times require unprecedented coaching.
A gentle hand.
“I’ve got you.”
“You’ve got this.”
“We’re going to be ok.”
Intentional coaching where kindness, empathy, and love are the new normal.
Please, for the love of Klopp, keep these first things unquestionably first.
EXTRA TIME (90+):
